[Spice-devel] RFC: Updating spice documentation for 0.6 release

Hi All,
The sources of the pdfs are at http://www.spice-space.org/page/Repositories
As I noted there, a major part of these docs are out-of-date and require
some update work.
In addition, some of the content (especially the dynamic one) needs to
be relocated to the wiki.
