[Spice-devel] proposed cherry-picks to 0.8 from master

Hi,

Here is a list of patches I think should be cherry-picked into 0.8 and into
0.7.2 release, all in favor say ACK:

bz 670274  ACKED client: log subject-host mismatch, and raise ssl warnings to errors
 -> rebased as different patch because 2a3e6cb4 comes after 06749bd6 which adds a size_t
  cast to fix mingw32 compile, which we don't want to cherry-pick the mingw32 patch.

bz #670271, ML. configure.ac: use AC_LANG_SOURCE in AC_COMPILE_IFELSE, silence remaining warnings

bz #670276 master a91f604 client/cmd_line_parser: fix wrong reporting of bad argument in --bla=val case

bz #670245 master 18f7d23 server: remove dep on libcacard

bz #670239 master 5c0873a server/red_worker: use 1, not 4 when lz_encoding a top down image

bz #670238 master 046b9a7 common, canvas_get_jpeg_alpha: let top_down be any value

bz #626975 84c0156 client inputs: stop blinking keyboard when out of focus
(this one alone is a good reason for 0.7.2 ;)
