Fix artificial limitation of resolution in windows driver, allowing the larger
modes (limited only by what the rom notifies right now - need to drop that limitation
too but that is for a different patch).
Also sync the version of the miniport and driver (qxldd.dll and qxl.sys), no reason
to keep them separate, only leads to confusion.
