  modules
* m4/spice-compile-warnings.m4: Define SPICE_COMPILE_WARNINGS
* configure.ac: Replace compile warning check with a call to
  SPICE_COMPILE_WARNINGS
* client/Makefile.am: Use WARN_CXXFLAGS instead of WARN_CFLAGS
