[Spice-devel] Windows Guest Tools 0.3

Hey,

Here is a new build of the SPICE Guest Tools installer for Windows. It
contains newer versions of the virtio-win drivers (0.1-49), as well as a
slightly newer build of the SPICE agent. The QXL driver is the same as in
the 0.2 version. The new vioserial driver includes important bug fixes for
the SPICE agent.

It should now be possible to install the drivers on
Windows 2008/2008r2 but I haven't tested this at all. Windows 8 support
is not there yet (partly because of nsis which is too old in Fedora, partly
because of the QXL driver not supporting win8).
