spice-gtk headers still depends on spice-protocol, although we should
be able to fix that. I haven't investigated.
Imho, all projects using spice-protocol to build could use a
submodule. If they need it after install (like spice-gtk), they will
still depend on a release of spice-protocol.
I don't really know why we are trying to sync protocol version and
server version, and also maintaining branches. Since the protocol
should stay compatible, it could have it's own release scheme directly
from master (no need for extra branches). Am I missing something?
