ldd `which qemu-kvm` | grep spice

and use your favorite package manager to find out what package that
belongs to, it should have symbol information.

also in newer versions of spice you can issue "info spice" from the
monitor

(echo info spice; echo quit) | qemu-kvm -monitor stdio -spice port=1234

this tells you what version qemu was compiled with (what the SPICE_VERION
was in the headers qemu was compiled against).
