You don't necessarily have the 2 value available, you may have none,
one or the other, or both.

If we want to have a single message, we would have to use a boolean
"is set" or an invalid value (empty string, 00-00-.. uuid).

By having two seperate "optional" messages, we remove that confusion.

They are only sent if the information is available (see also patch in
spice server)
