[Spice-devel] How to a spice-client for win32 with version greater than 0.63

Dear Mr or Miss,

At first ,Thank you for taking me a wonderful virt-desktop solution. I am
writing to you for a use question that is how to get a spice-client binary
for win32 whose version is greater than 0.63. It seems that only source
files for the Windows platform were released on the offical website.
