There are still a couple of files that could be moved to common. and
some work left to make libspice-common a nice library.

I think as long as we use the local spice-common/common directory, we
can refer to the files via "common/bla". What I have in mind is that
we should have one include <spice-common.h> under
$prefix/include/spice-common-1/spice-common.h, in turn including
common/*
