Not yet, we are working on it. We'll announce it as soon as it is available.

PS If you are brave enough, you can still manage to build spice-gtk & virt-viewer with fedora mingw64. But you may want to wait a few days for all the dependencies to reach fedora. You can also help reviewing/evaluating some remaining packages :)
