[Spice-devel] [spice-devel][usbredir] why do usbredirhost_open trigger udev/kernel events ?

these days,  i run the usbredirserver,  which is a test program
of usbredir-0.6.

udevadmin monitor  will receive udev/kernel events
when usbredirserver calls usbredirhost_open

it seems the usb device removes or adds,  how to block the events?
