With a recently added patch to the server, the streams are stopped, but 
it still doesn't solve the problem. There is still a race between 
setting the mm-time by the playback-channel to the display-channel 
receiving frames with updated mm-time. In addition, there can be frames 
with the old mm-time in cmd-ring (ones that were created by the driver 
before the migration).

Yes, as I mentioned in the cover letter, I will send a patch for 
spice-server to send the MM_TIME after migration, but there will still 
be a race between the display channel and main channel.

In the case I try to handle, there may be no large discontinuity in the 
queued frames (the stream is stopped before migration, and the new 
stream holds only new frames).
I compare the time the rendering was scheduled to, to the time it should 
actually be according to the current clock.

We can do that, however, not from the playback, but rather from the session
(when there is no playback, the mm-time is set from the main_channel).
