[Spice-devel] question about input parsed function

hi,,all.
i have quesiont about inputs_channel_handle_parsed.
why SPICE_MSGC_INPUTS_KEY_MODIFIERS need two kbd_push_scan , while normal key just need only one kbd_push_scan?
