I just installed these tools on my Windows 7 32-bit guest test system. I 
experienced the same problems that someone else reported for the 0.52 
version. On the reboot the system hung. I switched from the virtio 
network driver to the e1000 driver and the guest booted successfully. So 
it seems there still is a problem with the NetKVM driver in this release.

I also had the issue that the tools would not install at first. Since I 
skipped the 0.52 version, it was some time since the last time I did 
this. It worked when I remembered to stop the vdagent service first. 
Would it be possible to do that automatically from the guest tools 
installation itself?
