The cpu should be ARM1176JZF-S

In the first one I see at the right side the notation armv6k
Going through mirrors I find for example that under:
http://ftp-stud.hs-esslingen.de/pub/fedora-secondary/releases/18/Everything/arm/os/Packages/s/
there is no spice-xpi
while under
http://ftp-stud.hs-esslingen.de/pub/fedora-secondary/releases/18/Everything/armhfp/os/Packages/s/
there is
spice-xpi-2.8-1.fc18.armv7hl.rpm
I also found this bugzilla entry:

that is in state new and so I don't know the progressdone to
