I suggest you open a bug on https://bugs.freedesktop.org/enter_bug.cgi?product=Spice. If you don't know where the problem might be, make sure you to give all the details you have: how you configured spice-gtk, client OS, guest OS, qemu command line, version of each components, SPICE_DEBUG=1 log.
