i know xspice is aimed to it, but i don't konw it's process, does it support windows os now ? 
Weston seems support linux only, am i right?

There has been some work for that in xspice
http://spice-space.org/page/Features/XSpice , and someone recently sent an
email about a weston spice backend, see
https://github.com/ein-shved/compositor-spice

I don't know how complete/easy to use either of these solutions are.
