[Spice-devel] can't download spice-guest-tools-0.74.exe...

Hello!

I know I have a fairly slow internet connection, but I've been trying to 
download this file for at least two days and at different times. Is there any 
restrictions to download this file? I tested with Firefox, Chrome, 
Jdowloader... none of the downloads passes 15% (~ 1000kib). Is there any other 
way I can get spice-guest-tools-0.74 for Windows?
