Hey,

In preparation for a 0.12.5 spice-server release, here what I have so far to
put in the NEWS file, let me know of any thing that I missed.
Regarding the release by itself, I'd like to land http://lists.freedesktop.org/archives/spice-devel/2014-April/016507.html before (Uri ?).
