Thank you for your reply!  I've contacted him and he advised me to read the BUILDING file. I did what the file says but didn't fix it, and more problems occurred. I'll contact him for more help.

(the person asking the question is bVNC maintainer). Too bad he did not
explain what he needed to do in order to fix the issue he was having :(
