Sure, though these are just personal builds, not official. Anywhere you would 
like them?

The installer builder creates a 0.5.7 installer, despite being trunk - is 
there somewhere that can modified to avoid confusion? call it 0.5.7.90 maybe?

Not sure what you mean by this - build virt-manager for windows?
