[Spice-devel] SPICE_PROXY available for non RHEL distros?

WRT to this commit:

I see that it was added a year ago for RHELish flavors.  Is it ever going
to find it's way into Fedora, etc?

We are attempting to use spice-xpi to console into our ovirt environment
over a standard socks proxy.
