[Spice-devel] [vdagent-win 0/2] Add VD_AGENT_CAP_MAX_CLIPBOARD support

This patch-set adds support for max-clipboard.
The implementation is similar to the implementation of linux-vdagent.

Patch1 fixes clipboard error handling (also will be used in Patch2)
Patch2 implements max-clipboard support
