[Spice-devel] [Patch] PIE flags for libspice-client-glib

I guess the motivation is the same as for the other targets that already have PIE flags in that Makefile. FYI, there is already a configure option for controlling this: --enable-pie. I don't really have an opinion on this patch, I just thought I'd see if it was worth pushing upstream.
