Can you be more specific about what is not working? If I go to
http://www.spice-space.org/download.html and pick
http://www.spice-space.org/download/windows/spice-guest-tools/spice-guest-tools-0.74.exe
the download works for me, and the checksum is correct (md5: 5b6393d0daa3e3f6469370383449f2ea )
