I've respun this and sent a v2 that should not tie the resize agent 
requests so strictly to the presentation, hopefully this will help you.

Again, I never run against a Windows guest, so there are likely other 
issues.  But they really should be easy to triage; those problems are 
likely to all be fairly straight forward.
