spice-jhbuild v1

So, with the idea of moving the spice moduleset to freedesktop [0]
I reworked my changes to better fit upstream. I don't use spice-jhbuild
as an extra jhbuild config but as my main one. That said, I'm pretty sure
that this can have more improvements.

With this series of patches in top of Christophe's branch [1] you can
jhbuild build gnome-boxes as well as jhbuild build spice-gtk

I've updated the README with a bit more info and common issues with
dependencies that are not tracked by jhbuild (maybe it *can* be tracked
but I'm doing something wrong). Anyway, I hope that this helps.
