I just tried downloading it, and the compressed data seems good.
md5sum of this file is:
b3f15502c3b050e135be4cfebfc7d830  spice-client-win32-0.6.3.zip
and its size is 1681538.

However, this client is obsolete, using remote-viewer (shipped with
virt-viewer) is highly recommended. You can find msi installers for
virt-viewer at https://virt-manager.org/download/
