Please try running remote-viewer instead of spicec:
remote-viewer spice://127.0.0.1:5904 --title "KVM-FC21-x64"

remote-viewer is included in the virt-viewer package.
Fedora: yum install virt-viewer
Windows: download x86/x64 MSI from http://virt-manager.org/download
