Added (I missed it because it's all in the spice-common submodule apparently).

Yeah, 0.27 had many important internal changes. I hope 0.28 will fix all the regressions.

We could release a snapshot, like 0.27.58, before releasing v0.28, and try to do that in the future for wider testing of pre-releases?
