Afaik, it's not possible. Feel free to prove me wrong and we could change that.

Ok, I haven't checked the email integration,apparently it is as simple
as adding:
email:
  - spice-devel at lists.freedesktop.org

I'll push and build with this change, let see what happens (nothing on
success in theory)
