Now sending an update. Compared to previous:

- Re-adding a patch to add EXE_VERSION and DISPLAY_VERSION. Didn't like it, but
Christophe does not want the Makefile to directly set the filenames.

- Adapting the Makefile addition change accordingly.

Noting that NSIS-branding change is still being discussed.

Also pushed to gerrit [1].
