We branched 3.6 from current master in order to build with newer
ovirt-guest-agent. See [1][2] if you care.

I do not think spice-nsis cares much to track ovirt stable branches,
so not bothering discussing this. We do not expect changes there,
except for cherry-picking fixes from master if/when relevant.
