Yes, this would be really useful, hopefully I'll be able to try new user
management on spice-nsis soon :)

Personally, if the infrastructure can be libre, it's better, however
easier management (as in "more responsive") of repositories/users is
the most important thing :)

Really depends on if we are going to be responsive to these or not. As
far as I'm concerned, I usually find reviews through web UI very
cumbersome.

I think it's also missing the qxl-win (name?) repository.
