We are discussing the upstream spice-gtk though, not fedora/rhel needs.
We should also take into account Debian, Ubuntu, SUSE, ... which might
not be so eager to adopt new gtk+ versions.
So I would not stick to too new gtk+ versions, and I'd rather we don't
change the minimal requirement too often either.
