One bit here... it's still a little ambiguous from the libvirt XML
perspective. If we encounter autoport=no and no manual ports, maybe this
should turn into:

<spice ...>
  <listen type='none'/>
</spice>

to make it explicit. I'll file some bug(s) after playing with it some more
