[Spice-devel] [PATCH 0/4] Minor RedCacheItem changes

[Frediano Ziglio]

Change the structure to make clear the usage of the fields in the
two phases of RedCacheItem life (cache then invalidation pipe item).
Other minor changes and cleanups.

  Remove not necessary inval_type from RedCacheItem
  Move RedCacheItem size field inside cache_data union
  Remove unused macro definitions
  Remove potentially unsafe casts
