Hi,

I've removed all extra patches that don't handle the preferred-video-codec
message. I plan to send an updated RFC with Frediano's proposal for new API [0]
so we can keep discussing on how to set/handle the host-side of video-codec
priorities.

In the spice-gtk patches, addressed the comments from Pavel. To make it easier
to review, one could check the diffs:
- v6 2/9 -> v7 2/3: https://paste.fedoraproject.org/549819/63765151/

The extra patches in spice-gtk are postponed till those three get in.. then we
can discuss it better.
