Mmm, it looks like that was supposed to be "CE GUI" (not "GE"), which
was something that was apparently used by the old obsolete client code.
This code was removed from the git repo by Christophe in 2014
(18769714). The same appears to be true for Alsa, XRandR and Xinerama. 

Opengl was removed by marc-andre in 2015 (0dc98956)

Some additional optional dependencies that could be listed are opus,
celt, gstreamer
