[Spice-devel] virt-viewer can't USB redirection on Windows

USB redirection on Windows was enabled in mingw-spice-gtk-0.33-2, I
don't know which version was shipped with virt-viewer-x86-5.0.msi

Note that the latest virt-viewer release is 6.0:

and latest UsbDk release is 1.0.19:
