mingw64-configure --without-sasl --with-gtk=3.0 --with-audio=gstreamer --without-Python --enable-usbredir=yes --enable-smartcard=no

i fond virt-viewer usb device selection become this picture 
all USB Device ?

GTK dropped support to windows xp a while back.
