You can also use:

dnf downgrade asciidoc-8.6.8-15.fc28 -y

(found at https://unix.stackexchange.com/questions/266888/can-i-force-dnf-to-install-an-old-version-of-a-package/266901
and also checked).

But if they fix this in the next version we'll have an error in the CI and
we'll know we have to remove that workaround.
