[Spice-devel] Tested latest spice-server on Windows 10 KVM guest

Ok, finally tried a Windows 10 VM installed from scratch on Proxmox, taking
advantage of the fact that 1809 was released. Also used latest Virtio
drivers ISO instead of the one labelled "stable".

I must say, even the aforementioned "fading" effects problem got better. VM
is indeed mostly quite usable now. Of course some remaining issues, but
more sporadic now.
Guess the previous VM was outdated or lacking space... will never know.
