[Spice-devel] [RFC/POC PATCH spice-gtk 07/16] Rework the handling of monitors_config

This patch is potentially problematic.
As I understand, this will prevent us from trying to configure the
monitors until we receive the monitor config from the server.
This can conflict with our 'fullscreen' mode in virt-viewer. In this
mode, we start up and immediately (as soon as the vdagent is connected)
send a monitors config message to server to enable a display for each
physical monitor on the client machine and disable all other guest
displays. This is done before we receive any display info from the
server. With this patch applied, I get a bunch of warnings like:
(virt-viewer:14761): GSpice-WARNING **: Display ID 1 not found while
trying to update the display (monitor config).
(virt-viewer:14761): GSpice-WARNING **: Display ID 1 not found while
trying to enable the display (monitor config).
(virt-viewer:14761): GSpice-WARNING **: Display ID 0 not found while
trying to update the display (monitor config).
(virt-viewer:14761): GSpice-WARNING **: Display ID 0 not found while
trying to enable the display (monitor config).
The displays did end up getting configured, but only because something
else triggered the fullscreen auto-conf after the inintial failed
attempts.
