Just make sure you follow this
<https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/spice/spice-streaming-agent/raw/master/README>
and that the spice-streaming-agent is running in the guest
(you can run it with -d to see some logs)

I think you should be able to save the stream into a file in the guest
if you run spice-streaming-agent
with -l /path/to/file --log-binary
