 -chardev spiceport,name=org.qemu.monitor.qmp.0,id=monitorport -qmp
chardev:monitorport

Although I'd recommend not using this in general, especially if you use
libvirt to manage the VM.

You may instead try the qemu series I mentionned, with the "-display app"
option, setting things for you and starting the viewer.
