I would personally use signed for all timeouts, specifically also
DISPLAY_CLIENT_MIGRATE_DATA_TIMEOUT, MJPEG_WARMUP_TIME and RED_STREAM_INPUT_FPS_TIMEOUT.
Beside that patch is good.
