[stsf-announce] STSF stable release 0.11.2 tagged

I committed and tagged the current stable release of STSF - 0.11.2.

This release is tested on Solaris 9 and 10, both x86 and sparc. The 
font server
is not yet implemented as a separate process on Linux.

The major new feature of this release is background font rescan. 
Numerous other
additions and changes are documented in the ChangeLog file.
