RFE: Add XST support to Xnest. If the parent Xserver supports the "XST"
extension Xnest should offer it, too (simply "pass-through").
(if the parent Xserver doesn't have "XST" then Xnest should not offer it either
(otherwise the implementation may become more difficult)).
